Shannon joined FROSCH in 2016, coming with extensive front and back-office CB and TRAMS experience, and became Branch Manager for the FROSCH Menlo Park and Burlingame travel offices. The Peninsula FROSCH offices housed Corporate, Leisure, Student Groups, and Global Conferences & Events teams and now are mostly operated remotely. Shannon’s current position focuses nationally on Leisure CBO invoicing accuracy and reporting as well as advisor training and support across the FROSCH brands.
